Report from HISWA te water, IJmuiden, Holland september 2009 

Good fair weather except on Thursday when it was a disaster of 20m / s average wind with rain and sand in the air, very few visitors on this day. Overall though there were 26,410 visitors in IJmuiden during the Boatshow.

The interest for new Malö 54 model was high. Presentationen of the new yacht took place via a DVD movie in one of the Malö's. Except for the presentation of Malö 54, Malö 37, Malö 40 and Malö 46 were shown. 

The market looks quite good, has improved. There are several potential buyers which are invited to a small exhibition, in conjunction to the Dutch office in Medemblik,  to testsail and discuss further. It seems that the downturn hard grip also comes off in Holland, says Johan Hilmersson, acting CEO for Malö Yachts.
